Real Estate Administrator / Sales Coordinator
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administration, transaction coordination, or sales support role.
Strong knowledge of TRREB/OREA forms, WebForms, BrokerBay, MLS, and transaction management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
Experience coordinating listings, offers, conditions, and closings.
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.
